Cancellation Policy

Overview

BookMyPitch helps you discover turfs and confirm slot bookings online. Once a booking is confirmed, the reservation is between you and the turf owner (venue operator).

Cancellation and refund decisions are handled directly by the booked turf, not through the BookMyPitch website or app.

No online cancellation on BookMyPitch

BookMyPitch does not currently provide a cancel booking button in My Bookings or on any player dashboard page.

If you need to cancel a confirmed slot, you must contact the turf you booked and request cancellation with them directly.

BookMyPitch support cannot cancel or modify a booking on your behalf through the platform.

How to request a cancellation

Open the turf detail page for the venue you booked and use the contact phone number listed there.

Share your booking code, booking date, pitch (if applicable), and selected time slots so the turf can locate your reservation quickly.

You can find your booking code and slot details in your booking confirmation email and under My Bookings after signing in.

Refunds & rescheduling

Whether a booking can be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded depends on the turf owner's policy and how close you are to the slot time.

Any refund, credit, or rescheduling arrangement is agreed between you and the turf owner. BookMyPitch does not process booking refunds through the platform.

Reward coins or wallet discount used on a booking are subject to the turf owner's decision if a booking is cancelled.

Role of BookMyPitch

BookMyPitch is a booking facilitation platform. We connect players with turf owners and provide booking confirmation details.

We are not the venue operator and do not set individual turf cancellation rules. Turf owners manage their own schedules, blocked dates, and on-ground policies.

For general platform help — account access, booking confirmation emails, or listing a turf — you may contact BookMyPitch support. For cancellation of an existing booking, please contact the booked turf first.

Before you book

Please review the turf details, slot timings, and pricing carefully before confirming your booking.

If you are unsure about a venue's cancellation approach, contact the turf before booking to avoid inconvenience later.

Once confirmed, your booking remains active on BookMyPitch until the turf owner updates it on their side after you contact them.
