Choose your city, open a turf from the list, pick your date, pitch, and time slots, then fill in your contact details and confirm. You will receive a booking confirmation by email once the slot is reserved.

Yes. Sign in or create a free player account before booking. You can register with email or continue with Google for faster access.

Tap the city name in the header and select a different city from the list. Turfs, offers, and search results will update for the city you choose.

Yes. Select as many available slots as you need on the booking page. The total hours and amount are calculated automatically before you confirm.

Booked or blocked slots are marked unavailable on the turf page. Only open slots can be selected, so you will not accidentally double-book the same time.

After a successful booking, you receive a confirmation email with your booking code, turf details, date, and selected slots. You can also view all bookings from My Bookings in your profile area.

Yes. Turf owners can block dates when the venue is unavailable. Blocked dates will not appear as bookable on that turf's calendar.

BookMyPitch does not provide an online cancel option. To cancel, contact the booked turf directly using the phone number on the turf detail page and share your booking code. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Each turf displays its slot price on the listing and detail pages. Some venues use separate day and night rates, which are reflected when you pick your time slots.

Reward coins are loyalty points you earn on eligible bookings. Coins are added to your profile wallet and can be redeemed for booking discounts.

Go to your Profile page and redeem 100 coins for Rs. 100 booking discount credit. During checkout, enable the reward wallet option to apply your available discount balance.

Reward coins are available once every 24 hours per account. If you booked another turf within the last 24 hours, your latest booking will still confirm but may not earn additional coins.

Yes. After you play at a venue, sign in and open the turf detail page to share your rating and review. This helps other players choose the right turf.

Use Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email, verify the OTP sent to you, and set a new password.

Sign in and open My Bookings to view upcoming and recent bookings with turf name, date, slots, and booking code.

Register as a turf owner from the List Your Turf option. Complete your profile with turf details, photos, pricing, pitch setup, and availability so players can find and book your venue.

Yes. From your client dashboard you can create manager accounts for staff who should view and manage bookings without full owner access.

Confirmed bookings are tracked in your ledger. You can view your statement and request payouts from the dashboard. Payout requests are reviewed by the BookMyPitch team before settlement.

Sign in to your client dashboard to update daily timings, blocked dates, pitch labels, photos, and day-wise pricing whenever your schedule changes.
