BookMyPitch – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BookMyPitch. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookMyPitch website and related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.

1. About BookMyPitch

BookMyPitch is an online platform that enables users to discover and book sports turfs and other sports venues.

BookMyPitch provides a technology platform connecting users with independent turf owners. BookMyPitch does not own, manage, or operate the venues listed on the Platform unless specifically stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

3. User Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

BookMyPitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activities.

4. Booking Policy

Bookings are subject to the availability provided by the respective turf owner.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation generated through the Platform.

Users are responsible for verifying the booking details before making payment, including:

• Turf name
• Date
• Time slot
• Sport
• Booking amount

BookMyPitch is not responsible for bookings made using incorrect information entered by the user.

5. Pricing & Payments

All booking prices displayed on BookMyPitch are determined solely by the respective turf owner.

BookMyPitch does not add any platform fee, convenience fee, service fee, or any other additional charge to the booking amount payable by users.

Users pay the exact booking amount displayed for the selected slot.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners. BookMyPitch does not store users' card or banking information.

6. Taxes

Any taxes applicable to the booking amount are the responsibility of the respective turf owner in accordance with applicable laws.

BookMyPitch does not charge any additional GST, platform fee, or convenience fee from users unless explicitly displayed in the future.

If users require a tax invoice relating to the venue charges, they should contact the respective turf owner where applicable.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling

BookMyPitch does not provide cancellation, refund, or rescheduling services for bookings.

Any request for cancellation, refund, modification, or rescheduling must be made directly to the respective turf owner.

The turf owner's contact details are available on the Platform and in the booking confirmation.

BookMyPitch is not responsible for approving, rejecting, processing, or delaying any cancellation or refund request.

8. Responsibilities of Turf Owners

Each turf owner is solely responsible for:

• Slot availability
• Pricing
• Booking acceptance
• Ground condition
• Facilities and amenities
• Staff and operations
• Safety arrangements
• Cancellation and refund decisions
• Compliance with applicable laws and taxes

BookMyPitch is not responsible for the management or operation of any listed venue.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Follow the rules of the booked venue.
• Respect the turf owner's staff and property.
• Arrive on time for bookings.
• Avoid damaging facilities or equipment.
• Behave respectfully towards other players.

Users may be held responsible by the turf owner for any damage caused during the booking.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Provide false information.
• Attempt fraudulent bookings or payments.
• Misuse promotional offers.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Upload malicious software.
• Use bots or automated scripts.
• Copy or reproduce any content from the Platform without written permission.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

11. Subscription Services for Turf Owners

BookMyPitch may offer paid subscription plans to turf owners for listing and managing their venues on the Platform.

Subscription fees, renewal terms, and applicable conditions will be communicated separately to subscribed turf owners.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and other content available on BookMyPitch are the exclusive property of BookMyPitch.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

BookMyPitch acts solely as a technology platform facilitating bookings between users and turf owners.

BookMyPitch shall not be responsible for:

• Venue cancellations.
• Refund decisions made by turf owners.
• Booking disputes between users and turf owners.
• Changes in slot availability or pricing made by turf owners.
• Ground or facility conditions.
• Injuries or accidents occurring during sports activities.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Service interruptions caused by internet, payment gateway, or technical failures.

Users participate in sports activities entirely at their own risk.

14. Termination

BookMyPitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent activities.
• Misuses the Platform.
• Violates applicable laws.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

BookMyPitch may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of BookMyPitch.
