• User refers to any person booking a turf through the platform.
• Client / Turf Owner refers to the owner or manager of a listed turf.
• Booking refers to reservation of a turf slot through the platform.

2. Platform Usage

Users may use the platform only for lawful booking purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, fake booking, or unauthorized access may result in account suspension or legal action.

BookMyPitch reserves the right to deny service or cancel bookings if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Account Registration

Users and Clients must provide accurate information during registration.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• All activity under your account

Providing false information may result in account termination.

4. Turf Listings

Turf Owners are responsible for:

• Providing correct turf details
• Maintaining accurate pricing
• Updating slot availability
• Managing facilities and amenities

BookMyPitch is not responsible for incorrect information provided by turf owners.

5. Booking Policy

• Bookings are subject to turf availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful confirmation on the platform.
• Users must arrive on time for their booked slot.
• Time extensions depend on turf availability.

BookMyPitch reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional situations.

6. Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

BookMyPitch is not responsible for:

• Banking issues
• Payment gateway downtime
• Transaction failures outside platform control

Applicable convenience fees or taxes may be charged.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by turf owner.

General conditions:

• Cancellation before allowed time may be eligible for refund
• Late cancellations may not receive refund
• No-shows are generally non-refundable

Refund timelines depend on payment providers and banks.

8. Coin & Reward System

Users may earn reward coins on eligible bookings.

Conditions:

• 1 coin may equal ₹1 discount (subject to change)
• Coins are non-transferable
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash
• BookMyPitch may modify or discontinue rewards anytime

9. Subscription Plans for Turf Owners

Turf Owners may be required to purchase subscription plans to use platform services.

Failure to renew subscription may result in:

• Listing suspension
• Booking restrictions
• Limited platform access

10. Prohibited Activities

Users and Clients must not:

• Create fake bookings
• Misuse coupons or rewards
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Interfere with platform operations

Violation may result in permanent suspension.

11. Limitation of Liability

BookMyPitch acts as a booking platform between users and turf owners.

BookMyPitch is not liable for:

• Injuries during matches
• Disputes between users and turf owners
• Turf quality or maintenance
• Loss of personal belongings
• Third-party service interruptions

Users access and use turfs at their own risk.

12. Privacy

User information is collected and processed according to the platform’s Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to necessary data collection for booking and service operations.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

• Logo
• Design
• UI
• Features
• Branding

are the property of BookMyPitch and may not be copied or reused without permission.

14. Suspension & Termination

BookMyPitch may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Platform misuse occurs

15. Changes to Terms

BookMyPitch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
